STORAGE TANK
The Tank’s main body material is steel of 2,5 mm thickness while the Jacket type heat exchanger is steel of 1,5 mm thickness.
The tank is injected internally by enamel and heated up with temperature over 860°c. The enamel process is performed in our own installations, under our supervision, achieving higher quality and maximum operating duration.
There is a magnesium anode rod for protection from electrolysis, which is screwed on the heating element’s flange inside the tank.
All inlet and outlet tube are brass male 1/2″.
Ecological, hydrofluorocarbon-free, high-density expanded polyurethane(44kg/m3) , 50 mm thickness and thermal conductivity coefficient at λ= 20 mW/Mk.
Aluzinc alloy pre-painted grey RAL9006 and specially designed snap-on side caps. It is also available in brown color upon request.
Steel flange Φ140, with 8 threads, snap-on without welding and 3.5kw copper heating element with steel flange. 4-contact thermostat of unipolar control and bipolar protection with thermal cut-out.
COLLECTOR
Tubing consists of Φ8 and Φ22mm copper pipes with 4 outlets. Mirotherm Control absorber sheet ensures very high annual energy production, solar absorption of over 96% and very high resistance to corrosion due to moisture. The new product consists of a 4-layer package with its base specially treated. It is applied using PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition) technology in a coil-to-coil production line. The solar radiation absorption surface is perfectly applied on the copper tubing by welding in automatic LASER machines for direct heat transfer to the thermal liquid.
Made of heavy-duty oval aluminum profiles 1.4mm thick of high aesthetics, advanced design, with internal aluminum corner connectors which ensure excellent fit and tightness of the frame parts as well as great robustness of the collector. The back of the frame is made of 5mm aluminum sheet, the application of which is achieved by an automatic clinching machine, ensuring tightness and robustness.
Tempered Low iron Glass with 3.2mm thickness. Low iron content has the advantage of low reflection resulting in higher absorption. At the same time, it is a safety glass that resists hail and falling objects. On the edges of the glass, a special aluminum profile is applied as a clasp and with the additional application of the special EPDM rubber make it completely waterproof and completely sturdy.
Glass wool with a density of d=30kg/m3 which is placed on the back of the collector. We achieve the lowest possible thermal loss. In addition, the specially designed rubber gasket for the application to the copper pipe outlets prevents the creation of a thermal bridge between the frame and the pipping, while at the same time absorbing contractions and expansions due to temperature changes.
MOUNTING BASE
Closed-circuit safety valve 3 BAR.
Inlet water safety valve with non-return 8 BAR.
Brass female 1/2 ́ ́ cap for closed circuit.
Plastic pipe 18X2.5 and 22X3.0 for connection to the collectors and insulation with a special cover for protection from UV radiation.
Antifreeze 1lt propylene glycol ratio 1 to 10 to protect against frost.
