- Over 18,000 m² of facilities
- 3 robotic production lines for storage tank welding (copper, glass, forced circulation)
- Wet enameling line with preheating and oven with a capacity of 900 degrees Celsius
- 2 lines of polyurethane molding and boiler packaging
- Production line for absorbers with laser technology and robotic machines (welding, drilling, cutting)
- Buffer tank production line
- 2 lines of production and assembly of Collectors (PHAETHON, ATLAS)
- CNC lathe, Laser cutting unit and punching machine to produce bases and other accompanying accessories

Quality systems
Having a particular sensitivity to environmental issues, it has chosen copper as raw material to produce the top solar water heaters SONNE AKTION (storage tanks, collectors, boilers). Copper is a fully recyclable element, totally compatible with the environment. SONNE AKTION LTD has installed and maintains a quality management system in the production and trading of solar systems ISO 9001: 2008 (certificate IQNET). The SONNE AKTION products are certified by the European SOLARKEYMARK, according to EN 12975 & EN 12976 standards. All the products are also accompanied by performance measurements by accredited laboratories, in accordance with the international standards.
